The Northwest Sports Complex sports a near olympic size pool with a daily schedule of activities as well as open swimming. During the summer we also offer swim lessons for all ages.
FALL 2007 - SWIM LESSON SCHEDULE:
American Red Cross Learn to Swim Program teaches aquatic and safety
skills in a logical progression. It is composed of 6 levels. The object is to
teach people to swim and to be safe in, on and around the water.
Ages 5 years and up.

Level I
Introduction to Water Skills: Helps students feel comfortable in the water and to enjoy the water safely.

Fundamental Aquatic Skills: Gives students success with fundamental skills.
