- AEROBICS CLASS:
- The Aerobics Class begins with a five minute warm-up and is followed by a half hour of energizing cardio activity. The second half of class focuses on muscle toning, emphasizing the abdominals, arms and legs. The last five minutes of class is spent doing a relaxing cool down involving stretching and flexability. The entire class is done to an array of upbeat music. This is a great full body workout all wrapped up into one hour of fun!!

- Yoga is a series of non-competitive physical exercises combined with breathing and relaxation that helps you move toward a balance of body, mind and breath. Yoga is attainable by anyone regardless of age, flexibility, strength or endurance.

- Not only is Yoga a fabulous cross training tool for virtually all sports, it is in itself a total fitness package encompassing many different exercises. Yet Yoga goes well beyond athletics through its controlled and precise breathing. With its strengthening, stretching and endurance building exercises, your entire body is toned, circulation is stimulated and the mind relaxes.

- WOWW:
- WOWW is a new class at the NWSC and it is a non-impact weight training class that also puts you into your cardio zone. We use light weights combined with high repetitions to acheive a stronger and fitter you. It is for young and old, Men and Women. Give it a try, you may find your fitness groove. Find out whats new. WOWW (working out with weights) combines proper form to work out your whole body, Shoulders, Chest, Legs, Back, Arms and Abs.
